Susan's Jump Outta Bed Smoothie! 
2 bananas, peeled and chopped
2 kiwi fruits peeled and chopped
Handful of grapes
1 plum - de-stoned and chopped
300ml natural yoghurt
1/4" ginger stem, peeled.
Honey (to taste)
Using a blender, blitz the ingredients together, pour into a tall glass, sip slowly and enjoy the feeling of your body being revitalised as you slowly wake up!
